Questions: 1 .-ADOPTION? In my opinion, the issue of adoption should more open or accessible. I believe that homo-parent couples should give the opportunity to adopt. They are people who are able to raise and give the same comforts and good life as heterosexuals.  There are many children within adoption institutions who are looking for a home that for many reasons is not adopted. The adoption system should change.  2.- CHILEAN EDUCATION? In my opinion, Chilean public education is far from complete development. Where the schools are in unworthy conditions both in infrastructure and teaching. They don't give it the necessary importance. Education is the basis of a person's life. One solution is to distribute more economic resources by improving teachers and study instruments. 3.- RECYCLING? We are experiencing a relevant climate crisis in the history of the world. Where both the existences of the planet and that of the human being are in danger. So we...

In the future I would like to continue my studies taking a postgraduate course on the subject of diversity, gender and public policies. The reasons that impel me to do these studies are that they would give me tools and knowledge in the area where I want to work. Also having a postgraduate degree helps with resumes and job opportunities. I like this material provides a view on coexistence within a public organization and attention of users on our part. A perspective of tolerance and diversity achieved. Forming professionals with  action of non-discrimination towards society. I believe that all of us, as public administrators, must have these teachings to do in the diverse areas.  My main idea would be to study here in Chile. Some of the options are  UCH ,  USACH ,  UDEC . After obtaining my first diploma, I would like to continue studying and learning abroad.
